This wonderful Teddy Bear witch was handcrafted by Cat Wingler in 1973. Cat is a very talented artist who is well known for her dolls and bears. The bear is made of polymer clay with applied "fur” flocking. She has a black lace collar with orange silk bow and a black silk hat. She is carrying a gift wrapped in Halloween paper. She measures 3 1/4” tall and signed on the bottom “CW 73”.
